How long will my products last after I buy them?

You should try to use your products within 3-6 months, keeping them out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. To extend shelf life be careful not to introduce bacteria or water from your fingers during use. They will last 12-16 months unopened unless otherwise indicated.

How do you preserve your products?

We currently use a combination of natural preservatives and a food-safe one that is the industry accepted replacement for parabens. It is important to us that our products remain stable and safe plus free of bacteria, microbes, yeast, fungi and molds. We are always trying to find an 'all-natural' replacement that offers the same protection though. Some larger manufacturers have been working on alternatives that we can hopefully benefit from as well. Progress is being made, but the bottom line is if a product contains any water (and there are many products that don't) it has to have a preservative system of some sort - if it doesn't, well, ewwww. Where can I find the full list of ingredients?

Each product has its complete ingredient list on both our website and its label. Contact us if you have any questions though.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Currently you will need to place your order online with a credit card. We use PayPal to process our invoices, but you do not need a PayPal account to use it.

What if I don't like what I get?

Let us know! It's very important to us that you are happy with what you receive. We'll do what it takes, just send us an email and tell us what we can do for you.

Can I place an order and have it shipped to someone else?

Certainly! When checking out you will be asked for a shipping address where you can fill in the details. If you are sending a gift and don't want an invoice included in the box just make a note for us in the comments section. We can even put everything in a gift bag and include a gift card.

How do I track my order?

When we ship your order you will receive a notification that will include a tracking link from Canada Post. If you misplace this email let us know and we will locate the info for you.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not currently wholesale any of our products.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our home base is in Vancouver, BC, and all of our scenting, customizing and packaging is done here. We have some of our more complex products made in larger quantities for us at a facility in the US that is a USDA Certified Organic company. We are really pleased with the standards they apply to their production and their ability to work with a small company like us. The remainder of our products are made here in Canada (by us) and we hope to have everything manufactured here over time.

Are all of your products vegan?

Many of our products are completely vegan. Some contain honey and/or milk however, so please read the ingredients to be sure.

Do you test on animals or use ingredients that were tested on animals?

No, never, and not ever! We test only on friends and family :)
