No-Hassle Returns!
At Juliets Room, your satisfaction is important to us. We know how frustrating it can be to buy a product online without being able to return if it it isn't satisfactory. Which is why we offer a No-Hassle Return Policy for up to 30 days after you receive your order.
If you contact us within 30 days,
we will issue you a full refund when we receive the product back. If it is between 30-60 days before you contact us, we can offer you an in-store credit good towards a future purchase.
You must get an authorization code from your customer care account though, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund.If we shipped you the wrong product in error - we will take responsibility for shipping charges.
Here is what you do:
- Login to your account that you used to make the purchase. Locate the order you wish to return. Follow the steps to request a return found at the bottom of the page.
- Pack and seal
all Juliets Room products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the
original package if possible, along with a copy of the original invoice
- Ship your return prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
- Ship to the following address:

Damaged Item?
Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery.
Juliets Room can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than
5 business days
after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your
situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged
items for inspection by the carrier.
Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
