Which is why we offer a No-Hassle Return Policy for up to 30 days after you receive your order.If you contact us within 30 days, we will issue you a full refund when we receive the product back. If it is between 30-60 days before you contact us, we can offer you an in-store credit good towards a future purchase. You must get an authorization code from your customer care account though, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
