Lotion/moisturizers packaging

I love product itself (mine is rosehip lotion), but I am not that happy with the way it is packed. I wish it came in a jar so I could use all of it. Having it in a bottle with a pump is great, but now I have 40% (!!!) of product left and I can`t "dig" or pump it out, it makes me very upset
FROM STACELYNN: Hi Lisa - that's frustrating! That can sometimes happen when a product is kept cool. In a warm room this same lotion can be practically runny, so we wouldn't be able to keep it in a jar. Its the coconut oil in particular that causes this. Try shaking it really well too, the warming action of the shaking will liquefy it more for you. If you think that maybe you just have a thicker than normal batch, let us know and we'll send you a replacement. Hope that helps!

I've just received my rosehip lotion and think it is very nice. I am so happy to find a company that sells organic skincare in Canada and I can't wait to try more.

I love this lotion! It is totally scent free which is great and light enough to use all day. I'm on my second bottle already - thank you!
